We do not use the camera for purposes beyond what is disclosed in the app or applicable product policy, and you can revoke permission in your device settings (some features may not work without it).
Additional notice — Rank Riser Hotel Edition (camera and guest feedback)
Rank Riser Hotel Edition is a Quantum‑G product aimed at hotels and hospitality properties. Where features require the camera, the app may prompt you to grant camera permission on your device.
- Purpose: The camera may be used to capture a photograph (including a silent photograph) as part of a guest feedback or rating flow, such that the image is associated with a rating or feedback entry according to the property’s configuration. This is intended to support service quality and operational accountability—not for third‑party advertising.
- Choice and control: You can deny or revoke permission in your operating system settings; some features may be unavailable without it. The property or app may provide additional in‑product controls where applicable.
- Retention and sharing: Retention of photos and related data depends on the property/account configuration and the purposes described in this policy and any product‑specific notices. We do not sell your personal information (see Sharing of Information above).
2) How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Services.
- To respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about demos, updates, or offers.
